	Membership Includes Theta Nu Xi (2.5 QPA required) Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. was founded on April 11, 1997 at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, by seven diverse women who envisioned a sisterhood that transcended the worldly conventions of race, culture, religion, background, and lifestyle. This alternative in Greek life was brought to the University of Pittsburgh on April 14, 2002, becoming the first and only sorority of its kind on Pitt's campus. Theta Nu Xi's goals include the promotion of diversity and cultural awareness through education, service to the campus and community, and a desire for leadership development, scholastic achievement, and personal excellence among our members.
